Amisha brings over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, progressively taking on more significant roles and responsibilities. Her expertise spans technical IT leadership, people and talent management, agile project management, change management, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, full-stack development, and mentoring and coaching developers and leaders. Earlier in her career, she served as an Assistant Professor, guiding engineering students at SVIT (Gujarat University).

Amisha earned her MBA with honors, majoring in Strategic Leadership from Rutgers University in January 2024. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Gujarat University and is PMP certified.
